Please note our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement incur no penalty. Any cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee. To cancel your order without penalty, ensure it has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.
