Order Shipment

The delivery time frame is between 5 to 7 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellation Policy

Please note our policy regarding cancellations and refunds: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement incur no penalty. Any cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee. To cancel your order without penalty, ensure it has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.
